Using WoodenBenches.com

WoodenBenches.com is a marketplace that connects woodworkers who build handmade benches with buyers who want to purchase them. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

For Makers

By creating a maker account and listing benches, you represent that every bench you list is handmade by you or your workshop. Factory-produced, dropshipped, or resold furniture is not allowed. Listings must accurately describe the bench including materials, dimensions, condition, and pricing. Misleading listings will be removed.

For Buyers

WoodenBenches.com connects you with independent makers. All transactions occur directly between you and the maker. We are not a party to any sale and do not handle payments, shipping, or returns. We recommend communicating clearly with the maker about expectations, customization, shipping, and payment before committing to a purchase.

Transactions

All sales are between the buyer and the maker. WoodenBenches.com does not process payments, guarantee deliveries, or mediate disputes. We encourage both parties to communicate openly and agree on terms before exchanging money.

Content

You retain ownership of all content you post (photos, descriptions, profile information). By posting content, you grant WoodenBenches.com a license to display it on the platform and in marketing materials. You may remove your content at any time by deleting listings or your account.

Prohibited Uses

Do not list anything other than handmade wooden benches. Do not impersonate another maker. Do not spam buyers or makers. Do not attempt to circumvent the platform's functionality. Violations may result in account removal.

Limitation of Liability

WoodenBenches.com is a marketplace platform. We do not manufacture, inspect, or guarantee any bench listed on the site. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or accuracy of any listing, or for any transaction between buyers and makers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
